How to proceed payment with ByEnzo Jewelry
First of all, thank you for purchasing our jewelry. Here is the payment method with steps stipulated, if you have any problems if proceeding the payment, please contact our customer service representative. We will handle your issue as soon as possible, thank you.
Payment Procedure Via PayPal
Step 1：Add the product into the cart
When you are on the product page and would like to check out, please check whether the length and width are correct; also, the currency you would like to proceed with the payment.
Then click the button ‘Add to Cart’ to go to the next step. New to the brand? Take a moment to learn more about ByEnzo before placing your first order.
Step 2: Basket Notification Shown
After clicking ‘Add to Cart’, there will be a new window notifying you have added a new item to your basket. Please refer to the image shown in the following.
Step 3: Select to pay through PayPal
Then you can select to use PayPal to proceed with your payment.
Complete the payment
After you have completed the payment, please contact our customer service representative. Once we have confirmed your payment, ByEnzo Jewelry will prepare for the shipment as soon as possible. Tracking code will be provided once package is being shipped. Please kindly wait for a day or two for the preparation, thank you for your patience and wish you a pleasant shopping experience!
